This clarity of purpose happens when we stop involving our egos and self interests, and simply deal with a situation as it is. It's a perspective that gives us enormous freedom to create satisfying experiences all the time.
Without A Thought is an approach to life that offers a degree of clarity and freedom that most people only rarely experience. Whether our lives are easy or difficult depends on the awareness with which we see things. We can limit that awareness to an emotional, reactive focus, or have a clearer view of situations as simply a part of the flow. From everyday matters to the most life-changing events, we always have the choice of allowing ourselves to become worried, upset, or angry, or of just dealing with things as they come. If we choose not to become caught up in these habitual, limiting thoughts and emotions, our lives will be much easier. In order to drop these limitations, we must learn to drop our habitual reactions that limit our awareness. Instead, we can choose to see things with a quiet expansiveness that has room for many possibilities and outcomes. This is living life Without A Thought.

The simple answer is to become aware of our thoughts, judgements, and programs, and stop letting them have so much influence over us. However, it would be quite a job to just abruptly change our habitual way of relating to both people and situations.The good news is, you don't have to make a big shift all at once. You can begin by doing any of them, at any time. Once you notice successful results from trying this different perspective, you'll want to use it more often.
Usually, the aspects of our lives that we want to change are the ones that cause us the most worry. That's a good place to start, because that's where our motivation is the greatest. It can be a personal relationship, a work-related issue, or needing to find a new way to achieve a desired goal. Whatever in your life isn't working the way you want it to is the place to try changing your perspective.

This workshops help us shift our old patterns very quickly, by pointing out the root cause of our resistance to other people and situations.
